Pastor David R. King was born in the U.S.A. and joined the ECB staff in 2010.

David and his wife Ty have been married since 1980 and engaged in ordained ministry since 1982. They have five children, Jeff, Elizabeth, Scott, Rachel, and Jenna, and 5 grandchildren.

The Kings served from 1984-1992 as missionaries with the Siam Mission of the C&MA. They returned to Bangkok in 2010 to serve with the staff of ECB. David currently serves as Lead Pastor and Ty serves as the Director of Intercessory Prayer and Discipleship.

David and Ty love the church, worship music, the beach, new adventures and experiences, Jatujak, finding good deals on antiques, developing meaningful relationships, and using their home to bless others. Also, Bangkok has their favourite food, an enchanting language, and some of their very favourite people in the world!

Pastor Kevin Moua was born in Wisconsin, U.S.A. and joined the ECB staff in 2009. That was an exciting year as it was also the year he met Jill after arriving in Bangkok. They were married two years later in 2011. Since then they have been growing their family and have two children. Their oldest child is a boy named Jeremiah, and the youngest is a girl named Adina.

Kevin currently serves as the Pastor of Student Life for ECB and Jill serves as the Children’s Ministry Director. They both love their jobs and love seeing ECB’s youngest growing to love Jesus more! With young children, most of the Mouas’ free time is spent visiting parks, zoos, or indoor play structures. When they do have a chance to sneak away, Kevin and Jill love spending their personal free time running, reading and relaxing at home or at a coffee shop.

Pastor Steve Odera was born in Kenya and joined the ECB staff in December 2015.

Steve and his wife Liz, have been married since August 1981 and have two children, Masinde and Naliaka. Prior to joining ECB, Steve served as a church elder for a number of years at their church in Kenya and later on at ECB for four years. He currently serves as the Pastor of LIFE Groups.

Both Steve and Liz have been closely involved in Alpha since 1988 and are passionate about discipleship and nurturing the next generation of leaders.

Bangkok and khon Thai (the people of Thailand) hold a special place in their hearts, and this love is shared unashamedly by Masinde and Naliaka.
