I was born in Thailand but as a child lived and studied abroad before returning to Bangkok in my senior year of high school, where I met my husband Sang. We have three children and love and enjoy family trips to Thailand's beautiful beaches.

I am co-founder of the Bangkok Christian Discipleship Center (BCDC) and a whole-person health coach, trainer, and speaker. I’ve been a part of the ECB family since 2010.

I love witnessing how God has used ECB and LIFE Groups to help many grow in their faith and spiritual maturity. May God continue to use ECB and the light of Jesus in Bangkok and grow disciple-makers.
