The Discipleship Pastor designs, oversees, and executes the Spiritual Formation Ecosystem to help followers of Jesus be transformed through discipleship in a way that compels them to know and encounter God, and find lasting freedom and fullness in Christ.

The Executive Director will provide strategic, operational, and pastoral leadership for ECB’s Shared Services Ecosystem, ensuring alignment with the church’s mission, vision, and values while fostering excellence in service delivery. The role includes oversight and leadership of Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Campus Maintenance and Security, Campus Operations, and Media and Communications.
