The Discipleship Pastor designs, oversees, and executes the Spiritual Formation Ecosystem to help followers of Jesus be transformed through discipleship in a way that compels them to know and encounter God, and find lasting freedom and fullness in Christ.

The Youth Ministry Director oversees and develops ECB’s youth ministry and leads a diverse volunteer team. This role involves providing pastoral care, leadership development, and strategic oversight of programs that disciple youth and mobilize them for mission in a cross-cultural context.

The Assistant Accountant - Purchasing supports the Finance Team in day-to-day purchasing and accounting operations, helping ensure financial integrity and accountability in line with ECB's mission.
